£18.00 per hour, 14 hours / 2 days per week
Do you enjoy bringing people together? Are you passionate about helping others get involved in their community? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Coordinator to help grow and support the incredible team of volunteers who make Dunoon Burgh Hall such a welcoming and vibrant place.
This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll recruit, support and celebrate volunteers, helping people of all ages and backgrounds find rewarding opportunities to contribute their skills, build confidence and become part of our community.
Working with colleagues and local partners, you’ll help create an inclusive and inspiring volunteer programme that enables more people to get involved in everything we do – from arts and culture to community events and heritage projects.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, builds positive relationships and is passionate about creating opportunities for others. Whether your experience comes from the charity sector, community work, customer service or another people-centred role, we’d love to hear from you.
