The Clyde Marine Planning Partnership is now consulting on the draft Clyde Regional Marine Plan and its associated assessments. This represents an important opportunity for Clyde communities to review the Plan and provide comment and feedback.
The Clyde Regional Marine Plan has been prepared to guide decision making that will contribute to the sustainable use and development of our marine resources .The Plan aims to address environmental, social and economic issues related to the coastal and marine environment.
The consultation is open until the 24th February 2027. To see all the consultation documents please find them on our website
We will be running an event in Dunoon where you can hear more about the draft Plan, marine planning in the Clyde and the process of plan development so far.
The event will be on Thursday 26th November at Dunoon Burgh hall.
Drop In Session – 1.30pm-5pm
Presentation and Q&A – 7-9pm.
The drop in session means you can come at any time during the session and stay for as long as you wish. It will be less formal but you will still be able to find out about the Plan, ask questions and read our materials. You do not need to register to attend the drop in.
The presentation and Q&A session is a structured session. There will be a presentation given by the CMPP staff, followed by time for Q&A and discussion. If you would like to come along to the presentation, please register at the Eventbrite – via the BOOK button above
If you cannot make it along to an in person event, we have a variety of online sessions across the next 4 months. See the full list on our website
