Known for his work with The Sensational Alex Harvey Experience, as well as performances with Linda Jaxson, Jonny T’s Big City Blues Band, Heavy Load, and Project Floyd, Rob’s playing blends precision, feel, and fire. He steps into the role previously held by the late Brian McFie, honouring Brian’s legacy while adding his own creative edge.

Dave Cantwell — Drums

Dave Cantwell is the rhythmic engine of the Greig Taylor Band, delivering a rock‑solid groove with the finesse and musicality that only decades behind the kit can produce. The former John Martyn and The Big Dish drummer is known for his dynamic playing, sharp instincts, and ability to elevate any arrangement, Dave blends blues, rock, and soul influences into a style that drives the band with power and precision. His experience across countless live shows and studio sessions makes him a cornerstone of the band’s sound.

Nelson McFarlane — Bass

Nelson McFarlane anchors the band with deep, expressive bass lines that balance technical skill with soulful feel. A seasoned musician with a wide stylistic range, Nelson’s playing brings warmth, groove, and musical intelligence to every performance. His ability to lock in with the drums while adding melodic flair gives the Greig Taylor Band a rich, full foundation both live and in the studio.

Kenneth Clarke — Keyboards

Kenneth Clarke adds colour, atmosphere, and harmonic depth to the band’s sound with his versatile keyboard work. Whether laying down classic blues piano, shimmering organ textures, or modern keys, Kenneth’s playing enhances every song with taste and creativity. His musical sensitivity and broad experience make him an essential part of the band’s evolving sonic identity
