Much Ado Productions presents “Shirley Valentine”.
Shirley Valentine is a comedy by Willy Russell, which was later adapted into a hit film starring Pauline Collins. Shirley is a bored, middle-aged housewife in Liverpool, with only the kitchen wall to keep her company. As she ruminates on her life, her grown up kids, her loveless marriage, she wonders on how she ended up where she is now… until an invite to holiday in Greece changes her forever.
This funny, heartwarming one-woman play stars local Dunoon actress Elaine Graham, and follows on from a sold out production in Greenock.
This amateur production of SHIRLEY VALENTINE is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French, Ltd.
