Creative Blethers Friendly Film Club: Viva Las Vegas!

Many of our regulars have asked for an Elvis film and this is arguably the king of the king’s movies!

Lucky Jackson needs money to get an engine good enough to enter his car into the Vegas Grand Prix. He earns the money working as a waiter but loses it again and has to enter the hotel talent contest. His opponent in the contest is the beautiful hotel swimming instructor Rusty Martin. Lucky doesn’t just want to win the money; he wants to win her heart.

Complimentary refreshments will be served from 2pm before the film begins at 2.30pm. This relaxed screening is particularly suited to people with dementia and their carers, but everyone is welcome. No need to book.

Creative Blethers are all-inclusive creative experiences for the elderly, carers, and adults with disabilities or mental health concerns. Creative Blethers are free, but donations are very welcome.

Door to door, wheelchair-friendly transport is available to and from your home with friends at Interloch Transport. Please email wellbeing@dunoonburghhall.org.uk to arrange transport.
