Doors Open Day is Scotland’s largest free festival that celebrates places and stories, old and new.
We’re becoming part of this national event with a short evenings entertainment on the theme of Living Heritage.
The question we’re asking is “How and why do events from 1646, 1874, 1949 and 1961 still echo here today?”
Pipers from Dunoon Grammar School Pipe Band will be providing the music, and we are delighted that Dunoon Players will be here to perform staged readings of monologues and playlets.
This event is part of our 150th celebrations – admission is free, but donations are always welcome.
