YouthSTUFF presents Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical Jr.

Join YouthSTUFF for this gleefully witty ode to the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs, children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by this story of a special little girl with an extraordinary imagination.

Matilda is unloved by her cruel parents, but impresses her schoolteacher, the lovable Miss Honey, who begins to recognises Matilda’s astonishing intelligence and personality. Matilda’s school life isn’t completely smooth sailing however- the school’s mean headmistress Miss Trunchbull hates children and just loves coming up with new punishments for those who don’t abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal measure, and could be the school’s saving grace!

Based on the beloved book “Matilda” by Roald Dahl and adapted from the award-winning full-length musical, Matilda Jr. is guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages and have them rooting for the “revolting children” who are out to teach the unfair grown-ups a lesson.
