When Storm Senga devastates Dunoon, Dorothy and her little dog Toto are blown over the rainbow to the mysterious land of Oz. Fortunately, she is met by the fabulous fairy Dame Glinda the Good and the merry munchkins, but not everyone in Oz is friendly – there are wicked witches with evil armies who will stop at nothing to defeat poor Dorothy!
Our heroine needs to get home pronto, so she sets off to ask the Great and Powerful Wizard of Oz for help. Along the way, she makes friends with a brainless scarecrow, a tin man whose heart was destroyed by an online dating disaster and an extremely cowardly lion.
Will the mighty wizard help Dorothy and her new found friends? Why are there social media influencers in Oz if there's no internet or social media? How will we pull off a panto with dazzling dance routines, spectacular special effects and killer costumes on our Youthstuff budget?
