Your Best Year Yet workshop

In this workshop inspired by Jinny Ditzler’s best selling book, you will find, by answering ten simple questions, that you have a list of goals, unique to you, and your hopes and dreams. Freda is a working artist, an experienced tutor and the perfect guide to help you realise your goals and overcome last year’s limitations. She has successfully applied these proven methods in her own life for many years. If you set aside three hours of your time, she will support you through this inspiring process to transform your life. This could be your year!

This workshop will take place in our lovely Green Room. Please bring pen and paper.

Freda Waldapfel is an artist and graduate of Glasgow School of Art (BA Printed Textiles) and of the University of Manchester (Master of Landscape Design). She has taught in secondary schools, and was a tutor at the University of York Centre for Continuing Education where she devised and taught a course called ‘Drawing for Non Artists’.

Her work as a garden designer led to a return to painting, when she created a wildflower meadow for a client, then felt compelled to paint it!

Over the past ten years she has exhibited in Glasgow, Edinburgh, York and in Argyll, as well as with Cowal Open Studios each year.
