We have a great opportunity to join our team here at DBH!
We’re looking for a Café Supervisor – someone who can build on the great reputation our café already enjoys and take it to the next level. This role is 30 hours per week.
You’ll be comfortable with carrying out the supervisory functions the role requires such as staff development and training, rotas, till reconciliation, food hygiene requirements and health & safety.
Ideally, you’ll have a Personal Licence, and will be able to develop our staff in all areas of our bar operation.
We’ll need you to bring an innovative and creative approach to the development of our café menu to help us grow our customer base.
Above all, you’ll ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our customers as well as our volunteers and staff.
