Featuring a raft of classic showtunes and stellar comedy performances from Jane Horrocks, Michael Caine and Ewan McGregor, Little Voice is an ideal anecdote to the January Blues! Join us for this relaxed screening with refreshments provided.
Little Voice is a hopeless introvert, who can only manage to express herself by singing along to records in her room, in the timeless voices of Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe and others. Once her eccentric mother’s new boyfriend, a sleazy talent scout, overhears Little Voice’s incredible crooning, he’ll do anything to drag the recluse into the spotlight and make her a star.
Complimentary refreshments will be served from 1.45pm with the screening starting at 2.15pm. This relaxed screening is particularly suited to people with dementia and their carers, but everyone is welcome. There is no need to book.
Creative Blethers are all-inclusive creative experiences for the elderly, carers and adults with disabilities or mental health concerns. Creative Blethers are free, but donations are very welcome.
Door to door, wheelchair-friendly transport is available to and from your home with our friends at Interloch Transport. Please email wellbeing@dunoonburghhall.org.uk to arrange transport.
